

Baked brie with sorrel jam
Starter
Ingredients
- - Dried Sorrel : 1 cup
- - Brown Sugar : 2 cups
- - Ground Ginger : 1 tsp
- - Cinnamon : 1/4 cup
- - vanilla pod : 1
- - Orange : Zest of 1
- - Water : Boiled
- - Egg : 1 beaten
- - Puff Pastry : 1 Slice
- - Brie : 2 Lbs
- - Sorrel Jam : To serve
- - Water : 1 tsp
Instructions
1 - Sorrel jam instructions Combine sugar, sorrel, lemon zest, water in a medium sized pot.
2 - Bring to a boil as petal becomes soft Reduce heat, and cook until thickened.

4 - Or you can leave the brie wheel intact and just trim the top rind of the wheel.
