Ingredients
- - All purpose flour : 4 cups
- - Melted Butter : 1 cup
- - Milk : 1/2 cup
- - Baking Powder : 2 tsp
- - Salt : 1 tsp
- - Melted Butter : 3 tablespoons
Instructions
1 - Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
2 - Grease a baking sheet.
3 - Whisk flour, 1 cup melted butter, milk, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl until begins to pull together.
4 - Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic.
5 - Roll dough out to ⅛-inch thickness; cut into 8-inch circles.
6 - Brush circles with remaining 3 tablespoons melted butter.
7 - Fold each circle in half, then fold in half again to form triangles.
8 - Press firmly to seal the layers; place on the prepared baking sheet.
9 - Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
10 - Serve warm.
