Ingredients
- - Eggs : 4
- - Melted Butter : 80g
- - Mozzarella : 120g
- - Cream Cheese : 30g
- - Baking Powder : 1 tsp
- - Feta : 60g
- - Sesame Seed : Topping
Instructions
1 - Preheat oven to 360 F (180 C) Beat eggs in a bowl, using a whisk ( no mixer needed).
2 - Slowly add the melted butter, whisking to incorporate.
3 - Add the cheeses (mozzarella, feta and cream cheese), stir to combine.
4 - Then add the baking powder and whisk.
5 - Grease a 8×8 -inch square baking dish with butter and pour the mixture inside.
6 - Top with sesame seeds (optional).
7 - Bake for 20 minutes, until golden.
8 - Let it cool for 5-10 minutes inside the pan, then cut into pieces and serve.
9 - Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
