

Bulgarian Green Salad

Ingredients
- - Lettuce : 1/2
- - Radish : 7
- - Cucumber : 1 sliced
- - Scallions : 4 Chopped
- - Salt : To taste
- - Apple Cider Vinegar : 2 tablespoons
- - Olive Oil : 1/8 cup
- - Dill : Garnish
- - Parsley : Garnish
Instructions
1 - Place sliced lettuce in a large bowl.
2 - Add radishes, cucumber, and scallions.
3 - Drizzle with vinegar and olive oil.
4 - Season with salt and gently toss to combine.
5 - Top with sliced hard-boiled eggs, olives, dill and (or) parsley if using and serve immediately.
