

Grilled corn with garlic mayo & grated cheese

Ingredients
- - Corn On The Cob : 6
- - Garlic : 2 cloves minced
- - Mayonnaise : 6 tablespoons
- - Parmesan : 4 tablespoons
- - Coriander : 2 tablespoons
- - Lime : 1
Instructions
1 - step 1 Boil the corn cobs for 5 mins.
2 - Leave in the water until you’re ready to grill them.
3 - Mix the garlic and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
4 - Just before barbecuing, remove the cobs from the pan, pat dry and rub the mayonnaise into each one.
5 - step 2 Season the cobs and grill them until marks appear, about 5 mins.
6 - Remove and scatter over the Parmesan and coriander.
7 - Squeeze lime over to serve.
