

Frog Legs Recipe in Garlic Butter

- - Frogs Legs : 300g
- - Milk : 3 Cups
- - Olive Oil : 1 tablespoon
- - Garlic : 1/2 tbs
- - Butter : 2 tablespoons
- - Parsley : 1 tablespoon
- - Salt : Pinch
- - Pepper : Pinch
Instructions
1 - 1.
2 - Let the frog legs soak in the milk in the fridge for an hour (optional).
3 - 2.
4 - Rinse the legs and pat them dry with kitchen paper.
5 - 3.
6 - Add the olive oil and half of the garlic butter to a large wok or frying pan.
7 - Place it over high heat until the butter starts to foam.
8 - Don't let it burn.

10 - Add the frog legs to the pan.
11 - Pan fry them for about 10 minutes until they are golden brown on both sides.
12 - Turn the over regularly.
13 - 5.
14 - Add the rest of the garlic butter right in the end together with the freshly chopped parsley.
15 - Season with a pinch of pepper and salt to taste.
16 - 6.
17 - Divide the frog legs over plates.
18 - Serve with grilled bread and a green salad.
