

Leg of Lamb Armenian-Style

Ingredients
- - Lamb Leg : 1
- - Garlic : 1 Bulb
- - Garlic : 1 Bulb
- - Parsley : 1 1/2 cup
- - Onion : 1 cup
- - Black Pepper : 1 tablespoon
- - Balsamic Vinegar : 1 cup
- - Olive Oil : 1/2 cup
- - Mint : 1/4 cup
- - Salt : To taste
Instructions
1 - Place all of the above ingredients into your roaster pan at least two days before you want to eat.
2 - Stir occasionally throughout the days to distribute marinade evenly.
3 - Bake at a 350-degree oven for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours or until meat is not red when sliced.
4 - You can also make these on skewers if you wish to go through the process of spearing the meat with other veggies to grill.
5 - Freezes well.
