Ingredients
- - Prawns : 1 lb
- - Garlic : 2 cloves minced
- - Spring Onions : 1/2 cup
- - Ground Cumin : 1 tsp
- - Salt : 1/4 tsp
- - White Vinegar : 4 tablespoons
- - Water : 4 tablespoons
Instructions
1 - Make the sauce by combining all the ingredients and grinding them into a paste.
2 - Put the prawns on the skewers and brush with sauce.
3 - Grill until done (they should lose their translucent color), about 3-4 minutes on each side.
4 - Serve with extra sauce on the side.
