Instructions
1 - Cut the cabbage and chop it into 1 inch pieces Put the cabbage in a large bowl and add cold water to rinse.
2 - Wash the cabbage.
3 - Rinse and drain three times.
4 - In a large clean bowl, pour in the bottle of water.
5 - Put the cabbage and green onion into the salt water mixture.
6 - Add in the salt.
