Ingredients
- - Warm Water : 1 cup
- - Water : 4 cups
- - Tapioca : 3 tablespoons
- - Coconut Milk : 14 oz jar
- - Sugar : 2 tablespoons
- - Banana : 3 Cups
- - Water : 4 cups
- - Salt : To taste
Instructions
1 - In a bowl of warm water, add tapioca pearls and allow them to soak for 20 minutes.
2 - Prepare bananas by peeling them and cutting them into ½ inch slices.
3 - Set the slices aside On a stove, pour in 4 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
4 - Add in the banana slices.
5 - After 20 minutes, drain the tapioca pearls in cold water to allow the pearls to separate from each other.
