Ingredients
- - Morning Glory : 1 bunch
- - Minced Pork : 150g
- - Soya Bean : 2 tablespoons
- - Garlic : 4 Cloves Chopped
- - Oil : For frying
- - Fish Sauce : Dash
- - Sugar : Dash
- - Chilli : Sprinkling
Instructions
1 - In a wok or large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat.
2 - Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds, until fragrant but not burnt.
3 - Add the minced pork to the pan and break it up with a spatula.
4 - Stir-fry until the pork is fully cooked and browned, about 2-3 minutes.
5 - Stir in the fermented soy beans and cook for another minute, mixing it thoroughly with the pork.
