Ingredients
- - Squash : 1 medium
- - Onion : 5 chopped
- - Green Chilli : To taste
- - Oil : Splash
- - Turmeric : 1 tsp
- - Garlic : 1 Bulb
- - Sugar : 7 tablespoons
- - Salt : 1/2 tsp
- - Water : 2 cups
- - Yogurt : 4 tablespoons
Instructions
1 - Peel the squash and cut it into pieces 1cm wide.
2 - Deep fry it in oil until golden and set aside.
3 - Using the same pan and oil, deep fry the onions until golden.
4 - Remove the onions and grind with the garlic (if using garlic paste, mix it into the onions once ground).
5 - Add a small amount of oil to a pan on medium heat.
