Ingredients
- - Soy Sauce : 1 tsp
- - Dry sherry : 1 tsp
- - Cornstarch : 1/2 tsp
- - Black Pepper : 1/8 teaspoon
- - Sirloin steak : 1 lb
- - Oyster Sauce : 2 tablespoons
- - Dry sherry : 1 tsp
- - Soy Sauce : 1 tablespoon
- - Chicken Stock : 1/4 cup
- - Broccoli : 1 lb
- - High Heat Cooking Oil : 2 tablespoons
- - Garlic : 2 cloves minced
- - Cornstarch : 1 tsp
- - Water : 1 tablespoon
Instructions
1 - Marinate the beef: Stir together the beef marinade ingredients (1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon Chinese rice wine, 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper) in a medium bowl.
2 - Add the beef slices and stir until coated.
3 - Let stand for 10 minutes.
4 - Prepare the sauce: Stir together the sauce ingredients (2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon Chinese rice wine, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1/4 cup chicken broth) in a small bowl.
5 - Set aside.
