Ingredients
- - Cucumber : 1 large
- - Sugar : 1 tsp
- - Fennel Bulb : 1 sliced
- - Sour Cream : 150ml
- - Lemon : Juice of 1
- - White Wine Vinegar : 1 tablespoon
- - Dill : Bunch
Instructions
1 - step 1 Put cucumber in a sieve.
2 - Sprinkle with 1 tsp salt and the sugar, then leave for 10 mins.
3 - Add fennel.
4 - step 2 Mix soured cream, lemon juice, vinegar and dill, then season with black pepper and add to fennel mix.
