Ingredients
- - Vegetable Oil : 1 tablespoon
- - Broccoli : 1 head
- - Garlic Clove : 4 sliced
- - Red Chilli : 1 sliced
- - Spring Onions : 1 bunch
- - Soya Bean : 140g
- - Pak Choi : 2 heads
- - Marinated Tofu : 300g
- - Hoisin Sauce : 1 ½ tbsp
- - Soy Sauce : 1 tablespoon
- - Cashew Nuts : 25g
Instructions
1 - step 1 Heat the oil in a non-stick wok.
2 - Add the broccoli, then fry on a high heat for 5 mins or until just tender, adding a little water if it begins to catch.
3 - Add the garlic and chilli, fry for 1 min, then toss through the spring onions, soya beans, pak choi and tofu.
4 - Stir-fry for 2-3 mins.
5 - Add the hoisin, soy and nuts to warm through.
