Ingredients
- - Beef : 500g

Instructions
1 - Brown the Beef: In a large pot, brown the beef cubes.
2 - Remove and set aside.
3 - Sauté Vegetables: In the same pot, cook the onion until translucent.
4 - Add carrots, potatoes, and pumpkin, cooking for a few minutes.
5 - Simmer: Return the beef to the pot.
