Ingredients
- - Falafel : 12
- - Tahini : 1/4 cup
- - Water : 1/4 cup
- - Lemon Juice : 2 tablespoons
- - Garlic : 2 cloves
- - Paprika : 1/4 tsp
- - Pita Bread : 6
- - Lettuce : 1
- - Tomato : 1
- - Cucumber : 1/2
- - Dill Pickles : 1
- - Red Onions : 1/4
- - Harissa Spice : 3 tsp
Instructions
1 - Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
2 - Place falafel on a baking sheet.
3 - Bake in the preheated oven until heated through, 8 to 10 minutes.
4 - While falafel bake, whisk tahini, water, lemon juice, garlic, and paprika together in a bowl.
5 - Cut about 1 inch from the top of each pita to form a pocket.
