Ingredients
- - Potatoes : 4
- - Carrots : 3
- - Salt : 1 tbs
- - White Wine Vinegar : 1/2 tbs
- - Eggs : 4
- - Sausages : 7 oz
- - Dill : 4 oz
- - Peas : 1 can
- - Onions : 4
- - Mayonnaise : 1 cup
Instructions
1 - Cut the potatoes and carrots into small uniform cubes.
2 - Place them in a large pot and fill with water.
3 - Add salt and vinegar.
4 - Bring it to a boil over medium high heat, and then reduce the heat to medium and continue to cook until the potatoes are cooked through, about 15 minutes.
5 - Drain the potatoes and let it cool to room temperature.
