Ingredients
- - Beetroot : 3
- - Olive Oil : 4 tbs
- - Chicken Stock Cube : 1
- - Water : 6 cups
- - Potatoes : 3
- - Cannellini Beans : 1 can
- - Dill : Garnish
Instructions
1 - Chop the beetroot, add water and stock cube and cook for 15mins.
2 - Add the other ingredients and boil until soft.
3 - Finally add the beans and cook for 5mins.
4 - Serve in the soup pot.
