Ingredients
- - Orange : 1 large
- - Caster Sugar : 300g
- - Olive Oil : 75 ml
- - Flour : 280g
- - Baking Powder : 1 tbs
- - Eggs : 4 large
- - Vanilla Extract : 2 tsp
Instructions
1 - Preheat oven to 190 C / Gas 5.
2 - Grease a 23cm round springform tin.
3 - Cut off the hard bits from the top and bottom of the orange.
4 - Slice the orange and remove all seeds.
5 - Puree the orange with its peel in a food processor.
