Ingredients
- - soy sauce : 3/4 cup
- - water : 1/2 cup
- - brown sugar : 1/4 cup
- - ground ginger : 1/2 teaspoon
- - minced garlic : 1/2 teaspoon
- - cornstarch : 4 Tablespoons
- - chicken breasts : 2
- - stir-fry vegetables : 1 (12 oz.)
- - brown rice : 3 cups
Instructions
1 - Preheat oven to 350° F.
2 - Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
3 - Combine soy sauce, ½ cup water, brown sugar, ginger and garlic in a small saucepan and cover.
4 - Bring to a boil over medium heat.
5 - Remove lid and cook for one minute once boiling.
