Ingredients
- - Lime : Chopped
- - Apple Schnapps : 1 shot
- - Cognac : 1 shot
- - Ginger : Top
Instructions
1 - Add ice in a highball glass.
2 - Rub a wedge of fresh lime around rim and place it in the glass.
3 - Add a shot of Apple schnapps, a shot of Courvoisier and top up with ginger ale.
