Ingredients
- - Water : 3 cups
- - Sugar : 1 cup
- - Cloves : 12
- - Cinnamon : 2
- - Lemon peel : 1
- - Red wine : 750 ml
- - Brandy : 1/4 cup
Instructions
1 - Simmer 3 cups water with, sugar, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and lemon peel in a stainless steel pot for 10 minutes.
2 - Add wine heat to a "coffee temperature" (DO NOT BOIL) then add the brandy.
