Ingredients
- - Red wine : 1 L
- - Water : 125 ml
- - Sugar : 60 gr
- - Cinnamon : 1
- - Cloves : 3
- - Lemon peel : 1 tblsp
Instructions
1 - Boil sugar and spices in water, leave in the water for 30 minutes.
2 - Strain the spiced water and mix with the wine.
3 - Heat slowly until short of boiling temperature.
4 - (To remove alcohol, let it boil for a while.
5 - ) You may add lemon or orange juice to taste.
