Ingredients
- - Light rum : 1 oz
- - Port : 1 oz
- - Lemon : Juice of 1/2
- - Powdered sugar : 1 tsp
- - Egg white : 1
- - Carbonated water :
Instructions
1 - Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes.
2 - Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.
