Ingredients
- - Brandy : 2 oz
- - Egg : 1 whole
- - Sugar : 1 tsp superfine
- - Light cream : 1/2 oz
- - Nutmeg : 1/8 tsp grated
Instructions
1 - In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the brandy, egg, sugar, and cream.
2 - Shake well.
3 - Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the nutmeg.
